When called upon to assist police or private detectives to help solve missing person cases or crimes we have a set protocol as follows:
1. When you first contact us, do NOT give us detailed information about the case. Let us know you need assistance with a case and that you are authorized to represent the law enforcement agency or private investigation firm requesting assistance. We will verify this information prior to moving forward to assist.
2. We will contact you to arrange a private reading session online in a private chat room. If you are in our geographical area we will request a private in person session with you. We prefer that you allow a half hour session individually with Joy and Deb, and then a half hour session with both together. These sessions may be logged or recorded.
3. We expect you to do your detective work. We can give you insight about the case....events, dates, names, images, messages. As Psychic Mediums, we channel information from both the physical and spiritual realm....it is up to you to pull it into your frame of reference and find the pieces that fit your case and act on them.
4. We do not charge for our time when helping with these cases, however, we do need our incidental and travel expenses covered when necessary.
5. This offer is open ONLY to official police and detective work, not individuals or the media seeking info on missing persons, abductions, or crimes. We consider our work to be confidential any time we provide assistance on these matters. Based on our experience, we know that information revealed is relative to each case, but not necessarily given in the sequence of events as they actually occured. It may take several readings or on-site time to bring the case to a successful closure. Be prepared to allow the time needed to follow the insight and guidance provided through to conclusion.
6. Before you contact us, it is recommended you sit in on a few of our free psychic reading sessions to learn how we communicate messages and convey information. To have advance knowledge of our process is beneficial to you in two ways. It allows you the opportunity to see how we work and validate our abilities and credibility; it allows you the opportunity to determine if we are the individuals you want assistance from given your unique situation.
7. We would help all who contact us if it were humanly possible. Unfortuantely, we have time limitations, family needs, career responsibilities and clients who seek our insight and guidance daily and may need to decline a case depending on our schedule.
